How do I troubleshoot a users laptop/outlook software with the user having
sent one email to multiple users and yet for the weirdest instance these
multiple users receive multiple copies of that one email?
I got as far as checking other users that work remotely and with wireless
cards if they have the same issue, but it seems to be this one user. I also
checked the emails of the recipients if the time stamp would be
different--but it's not.
No rules are created in this users mailbox nor did the user have multiple
profiles.
I've also searched on googled for similar instances and they have suggested
disabling AntiVirus email scanning. Is this the only solution?
Our email is set up with Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003 SP 3, and AntiVirus
software is Symantec Endpoint.
