Duplicate emails

My IMAP account sometimes gets duplicate emails. On next send/receive
schedule, it got more "duplicates" same as previously received. It
happened to my Entourage on iMac G5 w/iSight only. In my PB, it has never
happened before for the same IMAP account.

I don't understand why it happened for the same account and same version of
Entourage. Is there something I need to check? Please advise.

I tried to run Barry Wainwright's script -- "Remove Duplicates v1.0" but got
a message -- Microsoft Entourage got an error: message 387 of folder id 115
doesn¹t understand the delete message. Barry, I just downloaded your
script, moved to Entourage's script folder, and then ran it. Was there
anything I miss? Please advise.

iMac: Entourage v11.2.1 OSX v10.4.3
PB: Entourage v11.2.1 OSX v10.4.4

Please write to me off-list, giving details of your set up (system & office
versions) and what type of account you are using it on.

I am also having problems with receiving duplicate emails. One is
deletable, the other copy is not. I'm on a system running Tiger with
the latest updates, Entourage 2004, and I use IMAP to receive my email.
Any ideas?
