Duplicate Emails

I am using Entourage 2008. Version 12.1.2. My email is forwarded from btinternet.com
Since mail forwarding was set up all of the emails I receive are duplicated.
There is usually a few minutes delay between each copy.
I have checked and rechecked the settings at both ends: btinternet.com and entourage Account. I have tried the advice from a previous forum member: right click on inbox, but I do not have the menu options described. All help appreciated Gerri

Sounds to me like a problem with your provider. Have you talked to them?

Do you have another way of checking your email, such as Webmail, that can
confirm that the messages are being duplicated? That will help you determine
whether this is an Entourage problem.
