duplicate emails

Email Client: pop I receive and send duplicates of every email and I want to change this. In 'tools' and then 'send and receive' I notice it has two email addresses listed,
(e-mail address removed) (POP) and iprimus.com.au(POP), so I suspect that is why everything is duplicated. How do I delete one of the email addresses?
