Using Outlook Mail in Office 7 on Vista I can create a folder within my
"personal" list. However when I try to move an email from the inbox to my
created
folder, the folder name appears twice in the "move to" index. Selecting one
of those names does move the email to the intended folder. Choosing the
duplicate name in the "move to" list removes the email from the inbox but
does
not put it anyplace I can find. This happens each time I create a new folder.
Removing a created folder from the "Personal" index does not remove either
of the names of that folder from the "move to " index.
How can I remove folder names from the "move to" index and how can I stop
the creation of duplicates each time I create a new folder?
