Duplicate entries showing up in subform

I created a form and a subform. The form contains name and address
information. The Subform contains money contributed. When I key enter a
number in and individuals subform it populates that number for all
individuals. What can I be doing wrong? It has worked in the past. (I also
just recently upgraded to Access 2003 from 2000).
