duplicate entries

i recently reloaded office xp on the boss's new laptop.
everything is fine except when he syncs his treo,
duplicate appointments show up in his calender, and also
his secretarys caleder. (she is a delegate) they are for
the same day but at different times.
he is running xp pro, thanks for any help you can give.

Check the Daylight Savings Time settings in Outlook Calendar options.
