Duplicate existing record including up to 25 subrecords

Is it possible to have a button on the Main Form that can duplicate records
for the Main Form and up to 25 Subforms, so copying orders with many similar
items is faster? I want new records without overwriting the current records
being duplicated This problem has been around for about a year. I have been
working on it since then, but I have no formal training with Access. I am
using the neweast version. The Main form has its own table, as does all 25
Item Entry subforms.

Do your really have 25 subforms, or do you mean you have a subform with as
many as 25 records? In other words, are the 25 records stored in one table?

In any case, here is a way to duplicate records in form and subform:

It assumes a single subform, but it can be made to work with more than one.
