Duplicate Field Names That Submit Separate Entries

Hello, i know im very new here but i was wondering if someone could please
give me some help with infopath. Im just learnig how to use it.

1. What i want to do is create a form that repeating fields in it.

For example:

** below are my field names that i want to repeat

DISTRICT1 DISTRICT2 DISTRICT3
FNAME FNAME FNAME
LNAME LNAME LNAME

Now each "district" will have different values for each field, however i
want them to submit to the same data source, and create a new record in the
database. Make sense?

Any help would be on this would be phenomenal!!!
