A user just created a profile in office 2007 and canceled before it
was done, he then re-did it and it succeeded. What's left over is
duplicate of every folder except inbox.. For example, this is what his
mailbox looks like in folder view. As you can see, most are dupes.
The dupes are completely empty while the primaries are full of good
stuff. Any ideas?? I'm kind of stuck. A simple right click and
delete wont work since all of these folders are protected entities as
far as outlook is concerned.
