Duplicate Folders -- Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes

I

Irene J. Sorokolit

We have recently upgraded users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, SP3.
Users who logon to a second PC and create a profile get two folders for
Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Junk E-mail. The 'new' folder cannot be
deleted but the 'old' folder with the users items can be deleted. These
folders also show up when accessing the mailbox through OWA. User mailboxes
were migrated to Exchange 2003 SP2 two years ago. Any ideas? Thanks in
advance.
