Duplicate folders with the same name in Outlook.

I have a user who has duplicate Calendar, Contacts, Journal, Junk E-mail,
Notes, and Tasks folders with the same name listed in Outlook. If you click
on one of the folders one of each name contains data but the other one is
blank.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Remove the additional data store by right clicking it and choose Close

What do you mean by additional data store?

I'm working from the mailbox and no PST files are being used.

Remove the additional data store by right clicking it and choose Close

Then you'll have to specify your configuration a whole lot more.
