Duplicate info by columns

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. I receive a list
every week which is updated with accounts and productivity
(not the same every week). From this I need to extract
specific accounts and figures for my region (which stays
the same) - I'm getting very confused and would really
appreciate any suggestions!!

Zena,

Two things that you should look into, both on the Data menu: AutoFilter and PivotTables. Both can isolate data from large amounts
of data (especially Autofilter and then selecting visible cells only). The PivotTable is more for calculations than extraction, but
it will work as well.
