Duplicate item entry

I am totally confused by the message that I recieved in my outlook inbox this
morning. I have the enterprise version on PWA 2003 integrated with Outlook.

The message reads:
"You have two or more items from the same PWA task. To update these tasks,
first delete any duplicate items from your outlook calendar, then try again."

Before receiving this message, I updated actual hours for this task in
outlook. After doing this I got this message. Also my Project Manager did
not receive my update. Please help me understand what this message means and
how do I fix it.
