Duplicate Journal, Tasks and calendar folders in Outlook

I have Duplicate default Outlook 2003 folders? i.e. Journal, Tasks and
calendar and contacts on Outlook exchange account. I upgraded to Vista
ultimate about a month ago but duplicates showed up this morning?
Has anyone dealt with this before?
