Hello I have an office assistant that is a delegate for several Vice
Presidents in the office. She is setup to receive copies of meetings that
her delegates receive.
If she composes an email from her calendar, and invites one of the people
that she is a delegate for, the meeting request will continuously get sent
out every few minutes to all people on the meeting request with the "No
response required" updated meeting.
Does anyone have any clue on this??
Enviroment is Exchange 2007 sp1
Outlook 2007 SP2
All of her delegates are also Outlook 2007 SP2
I can reproduce the problem. If the sends a meeting request to only people
that she is not a delegate for then the meeting works as expected.
