One of my colleagues is currently having and issue when contacting her
boss by e-mail. When she sends and e-mail to him, he receives one copy.
However, when he replies or sends a new message, she gets duplicates.
It started out with four two duplicates at the beginning of this week
but increased every day. Now she is receiving six duplicates from him.
I looked into her account directly on the exchange server, but only one
copy of the messages are being sent to her there. Both are using
Outlook 2003.
