Duplicate object

When performing a shortcut copy/paste by doing a DUPLICATE (ctl-D), the new
object always defaults to a new location down and to the right. Can Visio be
taught to move a duplicated object by dragging the first time? This would be
step-saver over using the ARRAY SHAPES command.
