Duplicate records in a query or report

Hi there,

I have a field in a table which has Journal names in it,
so it has duplicate records in it (because some records
have the same journal name). I want to create a report
which shows all the journal names, but doesn't show
duplicates. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Create a "totals" query that is grouped on the journal names. Use that query
as the recordsource for your report.
