Hello, In a database there are some duplicate records entered. I used the
querie wizard to find all the duplicate records of the table. I created a
field called "dupli" which is a checkbox. What I need is to have all the
duplicate records checked in the checkbox except one.
What I mean is that if "John Smith" is entered in the table 3 times I want
one "John Smith" unchecked and all the other ones (2 more in my example)
checked.
Can anyone help me?
Have in mind that I have used the fields "FirstName" "Lastname" and
"Address" to find the duplicate records. and I only used the querie duplicate
wizard, cause I don't know how to do it any other way.
Thanks
Dimitris
