I am really struggling with a problem and I'm sure the tables should have
been designed better but the data base is so large I don't look forward to
starting over, so I'm hoping for some ideas. The basic design is three
tables, tbldesc (property descriptions), tblLeases (signed lease
information), tblNames (customers). everything worked great till we had
multiple properties under one lease. The Lease input form has a sub form that
pulls the property descriptions (entered in a different form) that are
covered by the lease number. Looks and works great...but an extra form is
added for each property description also. Is there any way this can be
filtered so there is only one Lease input form per Lease number? I have tried
everything I can think of and read this forum for two weeks. Everything I've
attempted has had draw backs, now I'm going crazy without some outside input,
