Hi there
a colleague is creating draft emails (writing the email as normal and of
course her normal signature is inserted) when she closes the mail - saves it
to drafts - she then opens it and a duplicate signature has been inserted in
the mail above the previous text (ie it's reacting as if she has 'replied'
although she has only opened the saved draft.
When I tested on her machine my drafts did not have duplicate signatures?
Could it be due to:-
She had many draft emails saved from earlier in the day - does outlook react
ie can one only have a certain amount of draft mails?
She is creating her mails in HTML format.
