Duplicate tables and Appending Data

What is most efficient way to create duplicate tables, import and append
their data
to a Master Database file?

Basically what I want to do is -- From my master file, create several
duplicate files to be used in satellite areas. Data are to be collected and
entered into these duplicate files. Periodically, the duplicate file data are
to be appended to the master file. Duplication and Appending procedures are
my biggest concern.
