Duplicate Task in PWA Project 2003- Need Help

I have an issue with task that shows duplicate task showing up in “My Tasksâ€
page of resource. However Project Center view or Project Pro doesnot display
duplication of tasks

Have you published a Master Project with Sub-Projects? That would cause the
duplicate task.
