I have discovered that Outlook XP will send duplicate
messages under the following conditions.
An exchange server is configured in the e-mail accounts
An External POP server is also configured.
A message is recieved with muliple recipients.
"Reply to All" is selected and the reply is sent.
Everyone will recieve two messages. One that was
funneled through the Exchange server and one that was
funneled through the POP server.
This does not occur in Outlook 2000, XP or XP-SP1.
I have tried to turn off the "send" option in the
advanced send/recieve group. I have set the default to
either the POP or Exchange (it makes no difference)
Any suggestions?
Please reply to this e-mail address as well as the
