Duplicate values displayed in Enterprise Project Outline code.

We are using an Enterprise Outline Code to map projects to a Portfolio
Breakdown for the organization (similar to RBS) When this code is viewed in
PWA or when selecting the field in the Save Project to Server dialog box,
each code is displayed 2X.

When viewed in PWA these entries will be displayed as either the orignal
code or with a suffix "-1" depending on which value the user has selected.
Any thoughts?
