Duplicate Windows account error

Hi,

due to some problem I have deleted windows account from msp_resources and
msp_web_resources tables

but when i want to add the windows user account in the enterprise resource
pool it will create an error " Duplicate windows Account"

I dont know how i can solve this problem .

pls help me
