Duplicate Word Shape from on document to another

Hi,

Does anyone know what is the right way to duplicate a shape from one
document to another ?
i currently do a copy/paste, assuming the paste will position the shape at
the exact same postion
as the original shape is but the result is not always like this, sometimes i
get shifts in the new shape
position.

Hi

Except the copy/paste approach, another way is to save the document as the
another copy and delete the ones you did not want.
