Duplicated Entries in Sharing Calandar

My boss and I are trying to 'share' his calendar using the
Net Folder Option. We are running Outlook 2000 ver 9.0.
It has worked, expect for we are now getting double,
triple entries in the calendar. We are experiencing the
same issue with his contact folder. How do I stop the
duplication of entries in the calendar and contact
folders.

P.S. We both need to edit and add items to his calendar
and contact folders.

Please Help!!!!!!!
