Duplicated Folder

I have a client that is using Outlook 2003. The email server is Exchanger
Server 2003 with SP2. The client is using a desktop and a laptop. After I
setup the exchange profile the following folders were duplicated. Calendar,
Contacts, Drafts, Journal, Notes, and Tasks. The Calendar sharing and
contacts synchronization is also not working.

How can I remove the duplicated folder in a safe manner?

Describe exactly how you set up the mail profile.

I used the Outlook 2003 wizard to setup and exchange account when I setup a
Outlook profile on the new laptop. I clicked on Outlook 2003 which started
the wizard. I selected Exhange server. I entered in the exchange server name
and the user name and clicked next. I then finished the wizard. When the user
came in the next day the folders i listed earlier were duplicated.

The initial mail profile you created appears damaged, judging by your
description. Create a clean one using the Mail applet in Control Panel.
