I use MS Word 2003. In Word I have set my workgroup location (Tools menu,
Option, File Locations tab) to point to my team folder to pick up team
templates. In that folder location is a shortcut to my company corporate
templates. The folder shortcut being called CoTemplates.
Therefore when I click File, New in Word I select My Computer in the
taskpane and the New dialog box appears with my team template folders showing
as additional tabs and the shortcut CoTemplates (again as its own tab) all
normal there.
However when I click on the CoTemplates tab to view the companies templates
of which there are 4, they show in the dialog box (each one) having been
duplicated 4 times!
Although when you look at the folder location in the Windows Explorer view
only the 4 templates list.
What could cause those templates to show as if they are duplicated in the
New dialog view?
All suggestions welcome!
