I have a list of contacts for my company's dealers kept in
a sub-folder of the main Contacts folder (called
DEALERS). This folder I share with someone in our
marketing department. Recently, my original Outlook
profile became corrputed. Following a solution I got from
the Microsoft Knowledge Base, I created a new Outlook
profile with the same services as the old (MS Mail,
Internet E-Mail, .pst file, and Outlook Address Book).
For some reason now, I get updates from the marketing
person on the contacts, but they show up as new entries,
duplicating the original entries. Is there a way I can
prevent these duplicates from re-appearing?
Thanks in advance,
Michael
