duplicates when address book is opened from To:

when i view my contacts through the To: function of a new
message, the contacts are all displayed by first name. I
have 300 contacts for my business and dont know
everyone's first name. I need this to default to
company. Inside the actual contact it is already listed
as file as: company (last name, first name). This makes
it hard when I want to find someone or several people to
all recieve the same e-mail and the company isn't shown.
Any suggestions?

If you posted your Outlook version, we could tell you how to sort the
Outlook Address Book by the File As field, which I gather is what you want?
