duplicates

we have a very large rolodex and I've discovered several duplicates in the system. I believe this is from others entering business cards onto the computer without checking to see if they are already in there. Short of printing the entire rolodex and going through manually to delete each duplicate, is there a way of asking it to find duplicates?
