Duplicates

I sync with my Palm Pilot and occasionally wind up with
sporadic duplicates spread through my Contact database. I
there a way to filter out the duplicates from the Hotsync?

If you get duplicate appointments, there is no built in way to filter them
out in Outlook. Perhaps you should consider upgrading your PALM software
if it causes this problem occasionally. Also, make sure you are running
the latest service pack for your version of Outlook by visiting
http://office.microsoft.com.
