Duplicates?

I have an Access table that contains magazine subscriber details. I receive a new subscriber list every week and would like to create a report that lists subscribers that have stopped and new subscribers. I have tried combining the current and previous list and then eliminating the duplicates as suggested in the help file but it has not worked. There are over 9000 records in the table so I need some way to avoid having to manually check every one of them

I will be very grateful for any suggestions or hints, Access is fairly intimidating to me but I want to l learn how to make it work for me
