duplicating info using =

i am creating a form that will have these fields

name, address, city, zip

on the second page it has name again. is there anything
that i can do so that when it is typed in the first page
that is will automatically go the to second page.

in excel, i would just put = and the cell i wanted it to
duplicate. how can i do this in word

Hi, Nydia,

Bookmark the name on the first page. Use the Insert > Field dialog to put a
REF field on the second page, using the name of the bookmark. See the help
topic about REF fields.
