Duplicating Work sheets

I find the easiest way to duplicate a sheet is CTRL-drag - hold the
CTRL key down and just drag the sheet tab with the mouse left button.
A small black arrow appears, to indicate where the copy of the sheet
will go when you release the mouse button. An alternative is to right-
click the sheet tab and then select Move or Copy sheet and follow it
through.

I have become somewhat familiar with Excel over a period of time, but I
often have difficulty in duplicating work sheets .... exactly. I have
created a sheet where I have adjusted the height of certain rows, widths,
etc. It seems however, when I copy and paste and then paste special asking
that column widths be maintained I still do not get an exact duplicate. When
I do a print preview of the original work sheet it all fits on one page. A
print preview of the copy, I get some bleed over of the worksheet to the 2nd
page.

Could someone please help me with this?

Why not try Edit ... Move or Copy Sheet?

In the dialog box, be sure to check "create a copy".
