Duration Adjustment for Efficiency Gains

I have a project timeline that will be repeated multiple times, and the
duration of tasks will decrease to reflect efficiency gains. Is there an easy
way to adjust them without changing each individual task?
I appreciate any help!

Thanks Trevor. I think the quickest way is to sort by duration so I can
select all that have the same duration and reduce them simultaneously, but if
there was a mathematical way to apply a reduction of 10% or something similar
it would've been quicker! I didn't think it existed, but I figured it never
hurts to ask the pros. Thanks!

HI,

Try copying the Task name and duration columns to Excel, reducing the
durations there then copy back to Project. Voila!
