Duration for "licensed for 3 PCs"

I purchased MS Office Home and Student 2007 over 1 year ago and installed it
on 2 of my laptops. I still have one license left and would like to install
it on a new laptop I'm about to purchase.

Is there a time limit on my license? Can I install MS Office H&S on my 3rd
laptop even though I purchased it over one year ago?
