Duration in hours in PWA

I read through the thread that describes how to set Work to hours in PWA, but
I want to also change the Duration of a task to hours instead of days. I set
the duration up in Project as hours. When it is published and displays in
PWA, the duration is displayed in fractions of days.

I followed the directions to change Work to hours and also found, under the
same Edit the Web Part a place where I was allowed to change the Duration to
hours also, but the display in PWA does not change. Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks!
