Hi,
If you've already created tasks and sub-tasks, you will probably have to use
the "Format Duration" macro, which comes standard with MSP. This macro will
change all duration values for all tasks from one value to another (i.e.:
Days to Hours and vice versa).
To use the macro, go to Tools | Macro | Macros (or Alt +F8) and then select
Format_Duration. Click Run and follow to directions. You can always switch
back if necessary by re-running the macro and selecting different values.
There may be security issues with running macros on your machine. If so,
check Tools | Macro | Security and set your security to Medium or lower (and
change back if required).
Other than that, you can set the default duration value for new tasks by
going to Tools | Options | Schedule and then go to "Duration is entered in:"
then select the value you want. Note: this will *not* change values for
tasks you've already entered.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
