How can I can the existing durations in my project from
days to hours? I have tried tools, options, schedule, and
changed the Duration is entered in days to hours. This
only takes place from the time it is changed forward.

Tools menu / macros/ find the format duration macro / run it and follow
prompts.

Hi,

Tools, Macro, Macros and run the macro Format_Duration. You may need to set
macro security to medium to allow the macro to run.
