durations

When I insert durations the task bar goes for an extra day. For example if I
have a task that is for two days and it starts on Wednesday it will end on
monday. It appears that the task is starting in the middle of the day
therefore it goes to the middle of the day after the task should end. Any
ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Check Tools, Options, Calendar and see when your workday is starting. If
it's not 8am or something close, that could be your problem.

I think you answered your own question. Try a different date format to see
what time the tasks actually start/end. Date formats are under
Tools/Options/ Pull the viewr tab. Select a date format that includes hh:mm.
Does that expose anthing for you?
