dvd template?

Does anyone know where to get or create a DVD/CD template in word that
DOESN"T have the hole in the middle? In otherwords, just the circle (but the
size of a regular CD/DVD template). I see templates like this that are
created for Photoshop, but not for Word or any other program I have. I have
a feeling it's fairly easy to create a template like this if you have any
idea of what you're doing, but alas, I don't! Any suggestions would be
appreciated!
