DVPSETUP.EXE Error

Hi

I have every time I test my sound a DVPSETUP.EXE error cannot install please
go to add/remove panels to install. I have done everything and I mean
everything. Installed new drivers, changed my registry, turned off my sound
on the motherboard for my other card Sound blaster live. I have installed a
Logitech camera as well. Been working on it for weeks. Also when I shut down
there is a default sound.

Can someone PLEASE help??
