I have created a dwt, where I have a column with cells on the left and
placed links in these cells. I wanted this to be uneditable, with the
center an editable region ( to replace shared borders). The problem is that
the cells in the uneditable column are changing size acording to the center
sections length on each page. I can add blank cells to add lenght, but to
shorter pages it adds a great deal of white space to the bottom of the page.
What is the solution?
