DXF autocad filter

How can I import autocad DFX files into word 2000. I
tried downloading a converter pack from Microsoft on the
web to no avail. I have saved my graphic files in every
format available in TurboCad 9. Two of which are
supported by word 2000, bitmaps and EPS files, which are
of poor quality. I see by the literature that word can
support DXF. But how do I get it on my machine?

Hi John,

MS did a security review of their converters and
filters and the DXF filter is one of the older ones
that has not been rewritten/reissued at present.
You may be able to find a copy of the older filter
with a search on the web.

You may be able to paste into Word from your CAD package
or export as either WMF or EMF format.
