I have a combination of 3 tables I am using to track investment
information. One table is the main info table, then I have a "Real
Estate Risk Rate", and an "Other Risk Rate" Table. I am trying to
figure out how to create a dynamic option in the form so when the user
is filling in the data, he can select on either "Real Estate" or
"Other" to activate the appropriate risk rate subform.
I am also trying to figure out how to create a query that will
calculate NPV and IRR. I know I need to get the data into an array,
but I am not sure how to do that. These values would be calculated
from a seperate table that reflects Cashflow over time.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
