dynamic autocorrect / autocomplete

Editors such as emacs and Winedt allow one to complete words that have
already been used in the document. If it were working in this message,
I could type "d" right now and after a keystroke or two, get
"document." Has anyone seen a Word macro or option for doing this? Is
there another group that might be a better place to post this
question?
